A multidisciplinary strategist with expertise in program governance, community development, and public-sector operations. Alishia leads CoreElement’s consulting portfolio, overseeing strategy development, program oversight, and client engagement across government and institutional partners.

Vanessa is a seasoned operations and program delivery leader with more than 15 years of experience supporting public-sector agencies, nonprofit institutions, and mission-driven organizations.
